In-Kind Donation
Matching Rules on First Name, Last Name and Email
The donor's First Name, Last Name and Email are used to find an exact match to a Constituent in Bloomerang. If there is no match, a new Constituent is added and a new interaction added. If an exact match is found, a new interaction is added for that Constituent. An email is automatically sent as the tax donation receipt.
Avoid duplicates by confirming these fields with the donor before submitting the donation form.
Confirm in real time with the donor they received the email to detect email typos.
Mobile Number
Optional. Helpful for contacting the donor as well as providing another contact method in the case of a typo with the email.
Zip Code
Optional but desired. We can filter email communication based on location / ZIP Code.
Number of Adult Bikes, Kids Bikes and Other Items
We use these fields to calculate totals on reports that help us manage the non-profit. Please make sure at least one of these is filled out. Kid's bikes are those with 20" wheels and below.

Use this single field to describe all the adult bikes, all the kids bikes as well as other items in that order.
